Can I control who sees my meetings?
Yes — every meeting has its own Share settings. Choose from four access levels: only you, your teammates or public. You can also share directly with specific people or a User Group, and revoke that access anytime. Set a default for all new meetings once, and override it per meeting whenever you need to.
Do people I meet with need a MeetScript account to view a shared recap?
Only if the meeting is set to private. Public or team-shared meetings can be viewed via link with no account required.
What happens to my meetings if I leave a team workspace?
They stay with you — your meetings automatically move back to your personal workspace, which is always running in the background even while you’re on a team.
Can multiple teammates share one MeetScript account?
No — each person gets their own login, and admins assign licensed seats to individual teammates. This keeps meeting ownership and permissions accurate per person.
