How to Find Your Meetings in MeetScript

Overview

MeetScript organises your meetings into three sections in the left sidebar — Owned by me, Shared with me, and My Workspace. Each section shows a different view of your meetings based on ownership, sharing, and workspace visibility.

Owned by me

Shows all meetings where you are the owner — meetings you recorded yourself, or meetings that have been transferred to you by a Super Admin. This is your personal meeting library. Meetings here are only visible to you unless you choose to share them.

Shared with me

Shows meetings that have been directly shared with you by another user — by entering your email address or adding you via a user group.

When a meeting appears in both Shared with me and My Workspace:

If a meeting owner shares a meeting directly with you AND you are in the same workspace, the meeting appears in both sections:

  • Shared with me — because it was explicitly shared with you
  • My Workspace — because you are a workspace member and the meeting is visible at the workspace level

This applies regardless of the meeting’s privacy setting — whether it is set to Only owner, Teammates, or Public.

My Workspace

Shows all meetings within your workspace that are visible to workspace members.

Privacy settingWho can see it
TeammatesAll workspace members
Public (anyone with link)All workspace members
Only ownerOnly owner
Only owner + user with direct share

Meetings set to Only owner appear in My Workspace for the owner only. Other workspace members cannot see them — unless the owner has shared the meeting directly with them.
