🔑 Understanding the Key Limits

⚡ AI Credits

An AI credit is like a token that allows you to use advanced Generative AI features on your meeting transcripts. One credit covers one AI action: asking a question about your meeting, or running an AI Skill. AI summaries don’t use credits on paid plans. Credits reset on the first day of every billing month and don’t roll over.

What this means in practice:

• Every plan gets a fixed number of AI credits per month (Free: 5, Basic: 30, Pro: 120, Team: 250).
• Unused credits expire at the end of the billing month — they do not carry over or accumulate.
• Credits are consumed specifically for Generative AI actions on your transcripts — not for recording or transcription itself.
• Each individual action costs 1 credit — for example, asking Ask AI one question = 1 credit. Credits are consumed per action, not per meeting as a whole.
• If you run out of credits, transcription and recording keep working as normal — only AI actions pause until your credits reset or you upgrade.
• If your team relies heavily on AI across many meetings each month, factor in the monthly credit count (not a one-time lifetime allowance) when choosing a plan.

💾 Storage

• Every plan, including Free, includes unlimited storage for recordings and transcripts.
• No plan charges extra based on how much data you’ve stored — the limits that matter are screen recording minutes and AI credits, not storage space.

Transcription is unlimited on every plan. Screen recording is the limit most likely to affect day-to-day usage:
